4th cram lesson

today we advanced on what we did last week. me and Elliot went to town and asked people:


how often do you go to a fast food, restaurant, or café?
what is your favourite café?
have you heard of the orange tree cafe?

2nd CrAM lesson

Today in cram, we started work on the main project, which was to create an advertising leaflet for The Orange Tree Cafe

We started by researching pictures of food and how they are taken.

The clean background and short depth of field means that the eye

focuses on the biscuits and their details (i.e the flour and cracked surface).

1st CrAM lesson

Today, we started a new cram course. As it was the first day of the course, we were fairly relaxed about what we did. We started by learning about what we were going to do for the next few weeks, which was exploring various advertising techniques and campaigns. As part of the work on advertising we went on to look at an old camera and research what it is worth and where best to sell it so that at the end of the lesson we could do a short presentation about how and where we would sell it.
